Oracle said record Q4 total cloud revenue reached $9.9B, up 47% in USD and 46% in constant currency. Cloud infrastructure, or Iaa S, revenue rose 93% in USD to $5.8B, while cloud applications, or SaaS, revenue rose 10% in USD to $4.1B.
