ISLAMABAD – The Ministry of Religious Affairs on Monday formally launched the online registration process for Hajj 2027, allowing intending pilgrims to submit their applications through the ministry’s official portal from Monday. A ministry spokesperson said that the applicants can initially register without a passport, making the process more accessible in the early stage of registration. However, officials clarified that a valid passport will be required at the booking stage. The passport must remain valid until at least November 16, 2027, in order to qualify for Hajj arrangements. The ministry stated that only individuals who complete the registration process will be eligible for Hajj 2027 bookings. It added that the booking process will operate on a “first come, first served” basis and will continue until the allocated quota is fully utilised. The authorities further explained that detailed information regarding Hajj packages, including costs and other terms and conditions, will be announced later under the official Hajj Policy 2027. The ministry urged intending pilgrims to complete their registration within the stipulated time to avoid last-minute inconvenience. LIVE: Hajj Sermon 2026 from Masjid Nimra
