'The case of Lyhanna is not exceptional': Head of Women for Women France

The CEO of a French group that fights for the rights of women and children in France has hit out at the French government and justice system. Her comments come after the murder of 11-year-old Lyhanna. The prime suspect in the case is a man who had previously been reported to police as a suspected sex offender.
