The Social Innovation Academy (SIA), in collaboration with the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme (PMYP), on Tuesday concluded the SIA Summit 2.0 titled “Building a Women-Led Social Enterprise Ecosystem in Pakistan,” marking a significant step toward inclusive economic growth and women’s empowerment. Chief Guest and Chairman PMYP Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan reaffirmed the government’s commitment to supporting youth and women through entrepreneurship, skills development, and inclusive policymaking. The summit brought together more than 300 participants event featured strong representation from women-led enterprises across the country and served as a national platform to highlight challenges faced by women entrepreneurs while promoting scalable, impact-driven solutions. Addressing the gathering, SIA CEO Ali Zain Ul Abidin emphasized that empowering women through social entrepreneurship is vital for Pakistan’s economic development and social transformation.
