BUNER – Hazrat Bilal, the son of a “naib qasid” working at the Deputy Commissioner’s Office in Buner, has achieved remarkable success in the CSS 2025 exams, securing first position in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and 18th position nationwide. Bilal’s father, Pir Muhammad, told local media channel despite limited resources, his son’s dedication, hard work, and perseverance enabled him to reach this impressive milestone. He emphasized that focus on education and consistent effort are the keys to success. Pir Muhammad described Bilal’s achievement as a beacon of hope for youth from low- and middle-income families and expressed gratitude to Allah for his son’s success. Hazrat Bilal, who earned a BS in English from Islamia College University Peshawar, has brought pride not only to his family but to the entire region. Local residents and various social groups have been congratulating him on this outstanding accomplishment. CSS Results Last week, the Federal Public Service Commission has issued the exam results for CSS 2025 as success rate remained only 2.67 percent. FPSC said 12792 candidates participated in the exams and out of them only 355 passed the written test. It has recommends appointment of 170 candidates – 84 male and 86 female. Overall, first position was secured by Asad Rafiq while second position to Muhammad Mohsin Khalid and third position secured by Tariq Hafiz. Top 30 position holders allocated to Pakistan Administrative Service and Police Service.
