ISLAMABAD – The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan has started receiving applications for GRE (General) training under the US–Pakistan Knowledge Corridor Ph D Scholarship Program. Training will be conducted in four major cities: Islamabad, Karachi, Quetta, and Lahore. Applicants must have completed 16 years of education and possess a strong academic record.
