KARACHI – Habib Bank Limited (HBL) has issued its updated Schedule of Charges for the period from July 2026 to December 2026, outlining revised annual fees for different debit card categories. According to the announced charges, the annual fee structure will apply to primary debit cards, while the same charges will also be applicable to supplementary cards unless specifically mentioned otherwise. The banks in Pakistan revised the schedule of charges biannually. HBL Debit Card Annual Fee 2026 Under the new schedule, the annual fee for a PayPak Chip debit card has been set at Rs2,000, while Visa Chip and MasterCard Standard cards will carry an annual charge of Rs3,000. The fee for MasterCard Gold has been fixed at Rs3,800. HBL has set the annual charges for MasterCard Business Classic at Rs8,000, while UnionPay and PayPak Co-Badge as well as UnionPay Chip cards will have a fee of Rs2,700. The UnionPay Chip Gold card will carry an annual charge of Rs3,500. For international card categories, the annual fee for Visa Chip USD has been listed at US$15. Meanwhile, MasterCard Titanium will cost Rs3,000, MasterCard World Rs20,000, and MasterCard Business World Rs22,000 annually. The bank’s updated schedule provides customers with details of applicable debit card fees for the second half of 2026.
