According to an ITP spokesperson, Srinagar Highway between Serena Chowk and Chand Tara Chowk will remain partially closed from 3:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon due to security arrangements and event-related traffic management. The advisory further stated that vehicles heading towards Aabpara and the Red Zone from Srinagar Highway will be diverted through Seventh Avenue and Jinnah Avenue. Those traveling to the Red Zone via Express Highway may use Murree Road and Serena Chowk as alternate access routes. Participants of the event have been instructed to park their vehicles at the Rose and Jasmine Garden parking area. The traffic police also encouraged citizens to stay updated through official WhatsApp channels and Islamabad Police social media platforms for real-time traffic updates and route guidance.
