KARACHI – The Meteorological Department has forecast partly widespread light to moderate rain accompanied by strong winds and thunderstorms in several districts of Sindh on Tuesday (today) and tomorrow. The Met office predicted that the areas including Sukkur, Kashmore, Larkana, Shikarpur, Qambar Shahdadkot, Dadu, Khairpur, Naushahro Feroze, Sanghar, Mirpurkhas and Umerkot are likely to experience scattered rain along with gusty winds and thunderstorm activity on Tuesday (today). For tomorrow, similar weather conditions are expected in Jamshoro, Qambar Shahdadkot, Ghotki, Khairpur, Sanghar, Umerkot and Tharparkar districts, where isolated places may receive light rainfall accompanied by thunder and strong winds. Meanwhile, Karachi is expected to remain partly cloudy, hot and humid over the next three days. The maximum temperature in the city is likely to range between 35°C and 37°C, according to weather officials.
