ISLAMABAD – Mohyuddin Ahmad Wani has replaced Muhammad Yasir Pirzada as Director General of the Pakistan Sports Board after the federal government assigned him additional charge of the post for three months. Mohyuddin Ahmad Wani got additional charge as Director General of the Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) with immediate effect. A notification issued in this regard said Wani, a BS-22 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service and currently serving as Secretary of the Inter Provincial Coordination Division, will hold the additional portfolio for a period of three months or until the appointment of a regular DG. The notification further said the post of DG PSB has been upgraded as personal to him until further orders. Wani earlier served as ad-hoc President of the Pakistan Hockey Federation.
