He alleged that some kinds of elements are involved in leveling allegations against him. He claimed that some cult followers of PTI, anti-PTI cult followers, mentally ill and Elements who dislike open opposition to American colonialism are making attempts of mudslinging. He clarified that, “I or my family do not have any apartment in Constitution-1, nor did I or my family have any investment in this project from day one to the end of writing…!!” “Some of my acquaintances and friends must have apartments in these towers, congratulations on their investment,” he added. Rafique said the government should take every legal route to compensate the CDA for the loss caused along with profit, The fundamental rights and investment of the verified and fully paid apartment owners should be protected in accordance with the law and principles. “Action should be taken against the Regulators and their facilitators who did not stop the construction and sale of the under-construction building despite the non-payment of the plot price to the CDA,” he added. “We strongly hope that the government will fulfill the requirements of justice with the parties and bring the responsible parties to justice.” The senior politician also warned of legal action if false propaganda is made from any social media account after this detailed explanation.
