ISLAMABAD – The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Tuesday called on the federal government to conduct local government elections across the country, particularly in Punjab and Islamabad, stressing that grassroots democracy is essential for strengthening democratic institutions.
