KARACHI – The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) has announced a local holiday on June 8 (Monday) on account of the annual Urs of Hazrat Abdullah Shah Ghazi (RA). A formal notification issued by the Human Resource Management Department of KMC stated that June 8, corresponding to 22 Zul Hijjah 1447 AH, will be observed as a local holiday in the city.
