ISLAMABAD – Director General Immigration and Passports Muhammad Ali Randhawa stated that the home delivery system for passports will be made more transparent and effective from July 1, providing faster and improved services to citizens at their doorsteps. He stated this during his visit to passport sections where he also interacted with citizens to hear their complaints and issues firsthand. During the visit, he directed the concerned authorities to immediately resolve public grievances and ensure better service delivery. He also issued instructions to further improve and make passport services more efficient. Officials were told to strengthen the passport delivery system so that citizens can receive their passports at home. Courier companies have been directed to ensure timely doorstep delivery of passports. He emphasized that modern and citizen-friendly passport services remain a top priority of the government.
