Hong Kong’s Jardine Matheson Holdings Ltd. is seeking to an around A$1.5 billion ($1.1 billion) loan to fund its takeover of Australian medical diagnostic imaging provider I-MED Radiology Network Ltd., according to people familiar with the matter, as it looks to expand its portfolio.
