He outlined CPEC Phase-II priorities under five strategic corridors: Growth, Livelihood, Innovation, Green Development, and Opening-Up and Regional Connectivity, emphasizing high-quality and inclusive development. He added that the Open Corridor is aimed at bringing other countries into CPEC, transforming it into a regional development project. Highlighting the breadth of bilateral ties, the minister noted that the Pakistan-China friendship is set to reach new heights this year as the first Pakistani astronaut is scheduled to travel to space with China’s support.
