Jim Cramer's top 10 things to watch in the stock market Tuesday Published Tue, May 26 20269:04 AM EDTJim Cramer@jimcramer My top 10 things to watch Tuesday, May 26 1. Stock futures are up big this morning. Hopes for a peace deal between the U.S. and Iran are driving the action. Will it actually happen this time? Crude is off the lows of the morning after Washington said it carried out "self-defense" strikes in southern Iran. 2. Club names Salesforce and Costco report this week . We'll also get the latest reading from the Federal Reserve's preferred inflation gauge. Plus, tomorrow at noon ET, we're holding our May Monthly Meeting for Investing Club members. Still time to sign up with our special offer . You'll also be able to read my weekend column on why Nvidia needs to take a page from Apple's playbook to reignite its stock. 3. Amazon's Trainium chips were underestimated by me. The new ones have more long-term value than I thought and are more of a threat to Nvidia than I thought. These competition concerns could be another reason why Nvidia's stock declined last week despite a better-than-expected quarter Wednesday night. 4. Melius Research analyst Ben Reitzes is recommending Dell ahead of earnings Thursday. It's a dicey call, but I think it works, and I may have to talk about it at our Club meeting. Dell is a winner because it is the preferred choice for those who want the smoothest AI infrastructure integration. Nvidia's CPU racks could be a boon for Dell too. 5. Reitzes is also calling Apple a buy going into the iPhone maker's annual Worldwide Developers Conference, starting June 8. The analyst said Google's Gemini integration with Siri will be showcased. The partnership will make Apple a much more friendly AI play, which is why I think the stock is moving up so aggressively. 6. Intel has more than tripled this year $120 a share, but I think the rally has more room to go. This could easily be a $150 stock considering the value of its "foundry" business making and packaging chips for other companies, on top of the red-hot market for its CPUs. 7. Evercore ISI raised its Western Digital price target to $575 from $500, saying the data storage company and the industry overall are "critical and still underappreciated" elements of the AI stack. It's hard for me to say Western Digital's stock is underappreciated, with shares up more than 180% year to date. 8. Analog chips are heating up too. With the cyclical industrial and automotive end markets turning the corner, Bank of America spotlighted the growing importance of the data center for names like Texas Instruments , Analog Devices and Onsemi . Why? Massive power requirements. BofA said TXN's data center business is the largest of the group and took its PT to $370 from $320. 9. Goldman Sachs lowered its Workday price target to $151 from $206, citing questions about its AI integration. Workday offers enterprise software for HR, finance, and IT. There are a lot of companies circling that might be doing the same thing. Workday, like so many software stocks, has been crushed this year. 10. Barclays cut its price target on Chewy to $40 from $48 but kept its overweight rating. This stock is a conundrum. Chewy is getting more profitable, adding new customers and having existing ones spend more. Yet the stock has lost half its value since early June of last year.
