South Africa Women’s U-19 team to tour Pakistan for first time in July

KARACHI – South Africa’s Women Under-19 cricket team will tour Pakistan for the first time in July to play a five-match T20 series against Pakistan Women’s U-19 side, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced. The series will be played from July 14 to 24 at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi, where all five matches will take place. According to the schedule, the visiting team will arrive in Karachi on July 10. Both teams will participate in training sessions at the same venue from July 11 to 13 to prepare for the series. The T20 matches are scheduled as follows: the first match on July 14, the second on July 17, the third on July 19, the fourth on July 22, and the final match on July 24. Officials said the series will serve as an important preparation platform for upcoming events, including the ACC Women’s T20 Asia Cup and the ICC Women’s U-19 T20 World Cup. The PCB Women’s Cricket Department has recently also organized training camps in Karachi for Under-19 players to strengthen the development pipeline ahead of major international assignments.
