Opinion: Congress must reauthorize the Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness Act

The Trump administration has taken important steps to strengthen America’s national health security by&#x A0;preserving&#x A0;the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response, known as&#x A0;ASPR, within the Department of Health and Human Services and recently&#x A0;nominating&#x A0;a new assistant secretary to guide the agency.
