Scattered rains and strong winds with a few heavy falls and hailstorms are expected in Peshawar and parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Friday night and Saturday. Synoptic Situation According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), a westerly wave prevails over the upper and central parts of Pakistan. Moist currents from the Arabian Sea are penetrating the central and southern parts of the country. A seasonal low-pressure area lies over western Balochistan and adjoining areas. Strong winds, lightning, and hail could damage vulnerable infrastructure, including solar panels, electricity poles, and billboards. Expected Temperature Daytime temperatures in Peshawar are expected to remain between 37°C and 39°C on Saturday, rising slightly to 38°C to 40°C on Sunday.
