More rain and windstorms are predicted in Peshawar and parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Wednesday night and Thursday, with occasional breaks. Isolated heavy rains and hailstorms are also predicted during the forecast period. Synoptic Situation According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), weak moist currents from the Arabian Sea are penetrating southern parts of Pakistan. A westerly weather system remains active over the upper parts and is expected to persist until June 5.
