The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted gusty winds and rainfall of varying intensities in parts of Sindh, including Karachi, during this week as a westerly weather system continues to influence the province. According to the Met Office, Karachi is expected to receive intermittent drizzle, light showers on Wednesday night and the next two days. Northern districts, including Jacobabad, Kashmore, Qambar Shahdadkot, Shikarpur and Ghotki, are likely to witness strong gusty winds, windstorms and moderate rain accompanied by thunderstorms until June 20.
