The site pushes IREN’s power pipeline to north of 5 gigawatts. The company recently signed a major deal with Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVIDIA) to deploy up to 5 GW AI infrastructure on behalf of the firm.

IREN said the transmission connection agreement secures four 330kV feeder exits at the utility’s substation, expected to support up to 800MW without requiring network upgrades.
